Estimated Delivery :

• Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: 2–3 business days 
• Delta Governorates: 3–4 business days 
• Upper Egypt (up to Assiut): Up to 5 business days 
• Aswan, Red Sea & Sinai: Up to 7 business days 

Upon Delivery :
• You are welcome to inspect your order upon arrival before completing the delivery process.

Returns & Exchanges :
• If you wish to return or exchange your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it, 
provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging.

• Please note that Return and exchange shipping fees are borne by the customer in accordance with our shipping policy .
